Hello. I'm Mindy Haywood - a professional dancer who has always shifted energy in my body through the language of movement and dance. This practice has led me to becoming an empathic body-intuitive and certified Quantum Energy Transformation TM Coach and practitioner who finds great joy in helping others nurture and free themselves - while moving in purpose. Through my in-person and online Quantum Energy Transformation coaching services, I apply the principles of quantum physics to the body, using life force energy, reiki, breath and creative intuition as a tool to open hearts, inspire dreams, and ignite change in an impactful way.​

Your body is the temple of your soul. When the soul suffers, the body cries out. Sometimes we neglect ourselves, preventing the ability to reach our full potential. My goal is to help you shift into a person who only speaks with love and compassion to the body that holds you.

​Quantum is based on possibilities where change happens. I combine body awareness, grounding techniques, breathing exercises and creative intuition to foster both physical and emotional wellness. I work with your energy to help you heal from trauma and limitations, unlocking and allowing your true potential to flourish.

I will assist you through a process that facilitates the flow and movement of your energy. Together, we will create tools and practices that allow you the freedom to thrive in your creative spirit - feeling safe, fully present, and aligned with your true self.
